Join us for the Street Renaming in honor of Archer Thomas Belcher. Deputy Belcher on January 22, 1912, was guarding a work detail when he was brutally attacked by three escaping inmates. Officer Belcher succumbed to his wounds 24 days later.

We will be joined by some of his family members for a short ceremony at Deep Creek Middle School, 17151 Westerleigh Pkwy, Moseley, VA. at 11:00 A.M.
